Step 2 – Meeting

We will meet with you to determine your needs. You will tell us exactly what you require and we will bring our experience and knowledge to make sure that we will deliver.

Step 3 – Quote

We will quote you on your requirements within 48 hours of your request. Our quotes include all costs associated with the smooth delivery of your order. There are no hidden charges or extras. If we don’t hear from you, we will follow up.

Step 4 – Credit Check

We will establish your credit rating to ensure that we are both comfortable with our working relationship before signing off on orders and agreeing to payment terms.

Step 5 – Payment

Payment will happen as per the terms and conditions we have agreed to, as follows:
Telegraphic Transfer into our bank account prior to despatch or credit terms subject to CGIC approval.

Step 6 – Logistics

Once the order is placed,we begin the process of getting the goods to you as quickly as possible.The 100% correct export & customs documentation is prepared by our team & logistics company.Our team will let you know when the goods have arrived at our warehouse.When the goods leave our warehouse our team will email you an anticipated ETD (Estimated Time Of Delivery). Your goods will be TRACKED should the Transporter offer this service.
